I have a bit of a preview of the first Masters show, which is coming out this week,

dropping on Thursday, a whole by whole preview. But I'm here to talk about this tournament,

get you up to speed on what's going on. There's 132 players in the field in San Antonio this week.

It's a win and in circumstance for anyone not currently in the Masters. I'm filming this before the conclusion of the Houston Open,

so anyone who sneaks inside the top 50 or just outright wins from being a long shot

in Houston will get themselves into the Masters.

So there's a couple guys that might WD from this field if they don't find themselves

on the outside looking in.

Like Nikolai Hoygard, for example, is currently in the field for Valero.

He's currently in second place as I record this.

A second place is more than good enough to keep himself inside the top 50 of the world rankings,

which would get him into Augusta.

Coming into the week, Michael Thorbjornson was number 56 in the world.

I believe he's in fourth place as we speak. If he finishes in fourth place, I believe that is

going to be enough world rankings points to sneak him inside the top 50, which will get him to

Augusta. Poor Pearson Cootie. Let's start with him. There's, Pearson Cootie is currently listed
