And we all said, if they would just get a vaccine, I would take that vaccine.

I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Obviously, vaccines take some time to develop.

We know we get a different flu vaccine every year.

And there are trials and there are tests. Well, there is a young

woman named Briand Dresson. And she wanted to help. So she volunteered for one of the trials.

She was so confident that these vaccines were going to work, that she enrolled herself in a U.S. clinical trial

for AstraZeneca. Remember that name? Astrozenica? She got her first dose of the vaccine on

November 4th of 2020. I'm going to read now a quick description. On the ride home from the clinic, within an hour of

receiving the shot, she felt a tingling sensation down her arm. That evening, she developed

blurry and double vision, and she noticed sound becoming distorted like her ears were covered by

seashells. When she woke up the next morning, her left leg was slumped and weak,

causing her to stumble into the left side of doorways.

She went to work at her preschool and found herself unable to function,

with extreme sensitivities to light and sound.

And that is just the beginning of her story.
