So you know that question that people love to ask, it's sort of a parlor game

question, would you rather be way too hot or way too cold? And everyone thinks about it and they

imagine themselves in the different scenarios or they think back to when they were really,

really hot or when they were really, really freezing. And for me, ultimately, I come back to too cold.

It seems like with heat, at least you could find something to fan yourself, right?

In the cold, there aren't enough blankets sometimes or jackets or there's not enough

to keep you warm.

So having spent a lot of my life on NFL sidelines that

were freezing and now living in Minnesota, I can tell you I hate the cold. I hate it. And I want

you to picture this. Winter comes wherever you are. And it's cold outside. And your heating bill you cannot afford. You can't afford your heating bill. This will be true for people this winter. Not only here in the United States of America, but around the world. People will not be able to pay their heating.

What are they supposed to do?

Some people will, you know, the effects can be horrid.

They can be as severe as death.

Discomfort.

I mean, think about little kids freezing.

Anyway, I say this to get you in this frame of mind of why are we here?

That something that we used to really just kind of enjoy air conditioning and heating is suddenly going to be out of reach for some Americans.

And you know, you may be of the opinion that, well, you know, in America, why should we be

any different through the rest of the world?
