Today we're talking about building your dream team and engineering their celebrity so that you can grow and thrive as an

organization together. But let's back up before we go forward and all get on the

same page about the importance of building your dream team and making it the number one priority of your year.

I just did a session where I taught in a live stream, you know, setting your vision and then

following through on your big goals. And I talked about how in 99.9% of cases as business owners are setting their vision for the

year and really getting clear on the outcomes that they want to achieve,

usually their people plan is not even at or on that list.

I was gonna say not at the top of that list.

It's not even on the list. And that was the

number one piece of feedback that I got from that teaching segment that I did. People were like,

wow, that was not even a part of how I was sending my goals for the year.

So what's really, really interesting about developing a growth strategy

is that in almost all cases any significant amount of growth can't be

accomplished without increasing bandwidth and manpower and if you do attempt the growth without increasing bandwidth and manpower, you're doing

nothing but creating a miserable job for yourself and, you know, creating more stress and more hours and you know it's it's not really

fun for anybody and it's also most importantly not sustainable so when you think
