Welcome back and thanks so much for listening to Unstoppable success radio. In today's show we are talking about the breakup that you've been resisting.

And these are the tough conversations that we have to have with ourselves

as we close out the decade and look forward to the future to what we want the future to hold,

what we want to design, create, manifest, step up, and step into and that includes taking out the trash and I mean that

in the most loving maybe a little bit snarky way. But here's the deal. All of you guys that

listen to this show, put yourself in a space for 20 minutes every Monday to learn,

grow, stretch yourself, think differently, and step into true leadership,

whether it's at home in your community, in your business, with your team, in your own division, whatever it is.

And the truth of the matter is that there are going to be people that see the brilliance

in you five levels, five years, five decades beyond where you see yourself.

And those are the people that you need to surround yourself with.

And then there's going to be the people that either don't see that greatness in you or they see it in

you and because of how it makes them feel about themselves they discourage, they distract, sometimes they disrupt intentionally.

And what I want to do today is I want to trigger a breakup.

I literally want you guys to go audit your clients, your friends, your family, your community,

your, you know, interactions, your relationships, the people that you're spending time in and around, and I want to ask you to ask yourself,

do they get the invitation to journey into the next decade with you?
