What is the lifetime value of your customers?

 

What exactly does that mean? Do you think about the journey your customers are going to take once they enroll in your program? I spent a lot of my time when I started my business, opening dozens of programs, and stressing about finding new clients. However, in the last couple of years, I've changed my mindset around how I see the journey of each one of my clients.  

 

In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on how I structure my business and how you can ascend your current clients to make a bigger return on investment. This episode is going to be ESSENTIAL for you as you grow your business because I'm talking about cutting in half the amount of new clients you need to hit your goal. 

 

Working on ascending your current clients into over 'levels' of your program allows you to build a relationship with your client, give you more time to perform transformations, and, most importantly, your clients will WANT to refer people to your program and spend more money on you.
