This year I'm on a huge mission to create as many millionaires as possible through my coaching programs and the strategy work that I do with businesses. And there is a big difference between a million dollar business and a millionaire.

Many, many million dollar businesses do not create millionaires because in many

instances everything that is being earned is being spent in order to create that revenue number.

And that's why I love so much the profit-first system.

I use the profit-first system in my business,

and I recommend that my clients do as well.

I don't totally agree with all the percentage allocations

and I kind of make them my own and change them.

But I do believe in the system overall

and I think it is an amazing way for entrepreneurs to get on track with achieving their actual

profitability and income goals versus just chasing the revenue number.

That being said, in order to make a million dollars in order to become a millionaire and to be making a seven figure income, you know, obviously you have to be doing enough revenue to

support that and even in a very healthy business, you know, typically a 50% conversion rate can be a challenge,

which means that if you want to take home seven figures,

you need to be earning in revenue

a lot of times at least $2 million a year.
