How many times do you hit snooze every morning? Once, twice, ten times?! It's about that time in the year where we are starting to slip on the resolutions we made months ago. Today I am challenging you to get back on the horse and rearrange your morning routine and schedule.

 

Every 90 days you should be finding new ways to really utilize the time in your day. Consider this your first check-in! Consider adding the 6 core items in today's episode to your morning routine and watch your productivity and growth skyrocket.

And so I thought it would be smart to take a couple minutes with you guys today to help you make sure that we nip in the bud any bad habits that may have crept in in the last couple weeks so that we can refocus and regain the intensity around how you start

your day so that you can make sure that you achieve a powerful outcome that you're proud of when you step into bed each and every night.

So when we think about our morning routine, obviously there's a lot going on, right have kids we have family we've work we

responsibilities at home and we're all trying to maintain a successful

morning routine despite 35 million different distractions that give us all the reason in the world

to not do what we really need to do to get ourselves optimal for the day.

So it's important to be mentally and physically focused on the
