I am your host, Kelly Roach, and I am thrilled to be back here with you today for another Ask Kelly episode.

Now you hear me talk frequently about the fact that simplicity is the key to rapid business

growth and I truly believe that the best business plan you can ever

create for yourself is the one that can be created in a simple one-page document

or on a simple whiteboard. I tend to use my whiteboard every

single day in my business and I have each of my team members have their own

whiteboard that they keep at their workspace and that they

utilize daily in the mapping, planning, and driving the growth of our business.

So I've had a lot of people recently ask me what the heck do I put on my whiteboard and how do I actually use it to drive growth in my business and it seems like there's so many different priorities and so many different things that we have

quote unquote to do that a whiteboard can get overwhelming and messy and end up being more of a

distraction than help and that's absolutely true. The biggest thing that I'll tell you

about creating rapid business growth is understanding your core priorities and

sticking to them. And that's why keeping it simple is so important.

You've heard me talk on the show many times about the importance of developing three to five

core power levers in your business that you truly understand are the driving factors that are going

to allow you to achieve your business goals.

And so if you understand what those three to five power lovers are and you build a plan that

allows you to manage to them on a daily basis in real time that's a living
