Summary
Are you not getting the results you want from your content strategy?
When thinking about your content and your business, you need to be thinking about three things; frequency, consistency, and aggressiveness.
Besides the obvious differences with corporate and small businesses, larger companies with larger teams have the ability to do a lot with the content they have. That isn't the case with small businesses.
So if you *are* a small business owner, know this: it's time to stop worrying about the AMOUNT of content and focus in on the QUALITY of the content.
When you focus on too much as a small business owner, the projects can get lost. So focus on just a few things, and do them to perfection.
Take a look at the content you're planning to push out this week. Is it:
- Going out when your audience is online to consume it, or are you using the "post and pray" method?
- Have you stuck to a consistent schedule so that your audience knows when to expect to see you online?
- Are you repurposing, resharing, etc. enough to tackle today's short attention span?
