Welcome to our daily Rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the

son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Let's call to mind all those we've promised to

pray for. So this is our last episode in our meditations on leisure, our use of free time and how to

nourish our soul with our free time.

Now God in his generosity gave us our five senses not only to attend to our bodily needs, but to celebrate the goodness of reality.

In our leisure time, we are able to recreate through all five senses.

We may use our recreation to delight our sense of taste and smell

with good food and good drink and good friends,

not that your friends smell. We may use our recreation time to build up our

sense of delight through the sense of sight. My beautiful artwork, good movies, and especially by visually

appreciating the magnificence of nature and we may use our recreation time to enjoy good music through the sense of hearing.

But there's a final sense, a sense of great moral importance, and we often completely forget to cultivate

in a delightful way through good leisure the sense of touch.

Give us to stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass
