Absolutely. Can you tell people just a little bit about your background and how

you're using some of these tools before we jump into the specifics? You know, 15 years ago or so I had a

pretty serious health issue of my own. I let go of 80 pounds. And so, you know, I didn't have the

real tool set when I was born as a kid. So flash forward, I'm 21. I'm 280 plus pounds. And that got me really motivated about health

and wellness. So that led me to a career to become a trainer and a fitness and health and wellness
