Lance, Lance, maybe you can tell us some about yourself. I am the founder of a company called

College Funding Secrets. And for the last 20 years, I've been in the financial industry,

but for the last 10 years, I've specifically been helping families pay for college with creative

ways to get tax benefits, reduce their income for scholarships

and financial aid, and just creative ways to pay for college and help their kids out.

How'd you get involved in the college space?

So it all started when I had five kids. So I had five kids that had, as they were getting

older and getting closer to college,

I was looking at the cost of college.

And as a financial advisor, I'd always taught how to use 529 accounts.

I had 529 accounts for my kids as well.

I was doing everything the traditional way.

And then as my kids got closer and closer to college age and I saw the cost of college

skyrocketing, I started looking for more creative ways to reduce the cost to college so I

could help out my five kids pay for college.

That's a problem that affects us all.

You know, we all know college is expensive and it's like having a vacation home.

And how should people be looking at the college experience

and how should they go about trying to approach it?
