how you can send your college, your kid to college, or somebody else's kid, I guess, for

And, you know, for years, our friend Walter Sanford used to give this idea that, you know, what you can do, folks, he would prospect

in his business this way. He would get the incoming list of freshmen, go to their parents,

and say, hey, for what you're going to pay in the dorms or at a fraternity or sorority, I'm going to

show you how you can buy a condo, your kid can live it in four years, it's going to go up in value, you'll sell it and you'll make money. Well, the problem is if the deal's not got up in value, that's not the case.
