We have a great show for you today, as opposed to those shows we have that to put you to sleep. No, today is a good one. We are fresh off the Olympic Games, the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. And, you know, all the different radio shows and TV shows went to Vancouver to sport the Olympics, and we thought we'd be different.

We're here in Vancouver after the whole thing's over.

How are you doing today? Well, we're cold. It's cold here. And look how

beat up the tracks are. It's a terrible time to come. Don't come afterwards. Next time come

when the Olympics are going on. That's right. Absolutely, because you always want to be where the

crowd is. You don't want to get there after everybody's had all the fun, right? You don't want to chase the opportunity. You want to get there in front of it.

And that's exactly what we're going to talk about today.

All the analogies we can draw from the Olympic Games and real estate, which seem to be

disrelated topics.

But we did a fun thing at mentoring club, our local mentoring clubs that we do monthly this last

month. And as a throwaway question, a warm-up question, I wanted to get people talking.
