0:47.8

Stevia and Arrithrotol and Zylitol which one's the best which ones the

0:51.6

worst so let's just talk about these four sweeteners.

0:55.4

Monk Fruit and Stevia and Arrithrotol

0:58.5

all have a zero glycemic index,

1:02.0

so they will not increase insulin okay

1:04.4

zylitol on the glycemic index is 30 so it's low but it's still a little spike

1:11.3

if you consume this one in small amounts it should not be a problem.

1:16.4

Now I do use xylitol for a lot of different recipes simply because it really tastes just like sugar.

1:25.2

Stevia has a little bit of an after taste but this is really good in things like

1:36.7

Monk fruit also has a slight little aftertaste.

1:39.7

1:42.3

But both of these are very similar

1:44.0

they're they kind of give a little bit of an aftertaste they don't really

1:47.2

taste a hundred percent like sugar but they're good in certain recipes but not

1:51.0

in others I don't really use this one as much. I use

1:54.9

Stevia a little bit more. Now Arethrital doesn't have the aftertaste, but it

2:00.4

definitely does not taste like solitol. It has more of a cold taste, a cold sweet taste.
