Antonio Dodge today we're continuing our short series on careers in business and

how they relate to personal growth personal personal development, and obviously your personality

type because we're personality hacker.

One of the things I want to talk about today is this notion of businesses being vested,

businesses being vested in Businesses being vested in social moral ethical issues in society and how there's a new rise of this happening that we're seeing happen that's pretty

brand new as far as a technology I think for all of our you know emerging society I

think this is a very new concept and new idea. So let me

unpack a little bit of an example for this just to give you a context of

what I'm actually talking about here. I was just reading you this morning an

article. There's in our country our country United States where we live

there's a hotbed discussion going on right now at the time of this recording

that's discussing the definition of what marriage means.

So we've got a lot of people that are trying to come up and trying to put some clarity around

how they would define what marriage means.

In a legal definition, sometimes it's a spiritual

or religious definition, but people are trying

in this country right now.

It's a very big discussion about what does marriage mean and what how are we

going to define being married well and the reason why is because there are people

who would like to get married who feel they have basic civil rights to be able to get married,

and because of their sexual orientation,
