Antonio Dodge today we're continuing our short series on careers and business we've

been talking a few podcast episodes about, you know, with your personality type and personal growth and how do you look at personal growth and your personality type and you build a business or a career

thinking about some of these things. Yeah well and I don't think we've necessarily just come at it from the position of

you know, like what business should you be going into? Actually, we haven't talked about that at all.

We've mostly been coming at it from the perspective of what is your relationship with money?

What's your relationship with value and resource?

What's your mentality around all of it?

Absolutely.

Yeah, and we talked a lot in a previous podcast about your relationship with money and how you view it and the sophistication, the levels that you go through the growth you might do and using

wealth creation and resource management as a personal growth tool.

So you can actually literally use the creation of wealth, the creation of resource, maybe creating a business

as a way to grow as a person, which is an interesting take on it because some people think,

well if I grow I could have a business, well what if you use the business to grow things

things like this so these are some of the things we've been playing with we've got some great feedback

and today we want to talk about a model that I learned just a real basic model around money and business and careers that I learned

a long time ago in my youth that has informed how I see most of what I do now that I think would be very helpful for you listening because it's just a very simple model that I picked up that has been very beneficial for me in my life and the businesses that I've started and the things that I've done.

So this model comes from a book by Robert Kayasaki.

Now Robert Kayasaki wrote a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad.

It was part of the New York Times Bestseller, I think in the mid 90s,

and it gets still somewhat up on the business list of top books from that era.

And even now, I think it still sells a lot. And he wrote a book called The Cash Flow Quadrant
