use your platform for influence and express your authentic self. So in my experience,

almost everyone has a platform that provides, can provide the possibility and opportunity of

influence, whether you're a parent or

a spouse, or if you work with other people, if you're involved in athletics or social groups,

go to church, if you're in school and more and more. Basically, with anyone you're in consistent

communication and our proximity with, though to have influence, you do need to have a true

relationship and trust at the core. And for that, you need to be expressing your authentic self.

Well, this is a topic that is important to me. And in the episode, I'm bringing back

Brianna Brown Keen. So Brianna is an accomplished actress. She's appeared in more

than 20 feature films and 30 television shows. And most recently, she had a feature role in season

four of the big hit Outer Bank series. She played the character of Hollis Robinson. Well,

she defines her acting role as being paid to pretend. And she cites being in the business of

rejection. It's interesting to me to hear talk about it. But what attracted me to Brianna was her use

of her platform as an actress in Hollywood to go deeper with people. She wrote a book called

Manifesting Your Mission, where she helps guide people to pursue and achieve

what they truly desire. And since this conversation happens, she's also started a podcast

of the same name, where you'll find one of her initial guest was me. Well, we talk about

using your platform to really engage with people and being yourself and everyone having an aspect of art that they

produce. I really appreciate her place in Hollywood where self-expression and rejection and acclaim

are in very heightened and exaggerated forms. And I felt that it helped me better conceptualize
