because I bet everyone listening has had something

end in their life that they didn't choose. And chances are 99.9% I believe you didn't come

through unscathed. So in this episode, I'm going to share a message that has been a guiding

light to me in recent difficult times. Every week, you know, you tune in to hear me talk with an

expert in human potential, usually someone with a new book that compiles their latest research.

But I spend a lot of my time, actually more reading and researching on my own about human

potential, especially in regards to my own life,

and researching many experts who are no longer living. I mentioned many times the idea of doing

a dead author series. And today I'm going to kind of do that. Share a message that's been

profound to me in my life from an expert who is no longer with us. William Bridges

was an author, speaker, an organizational consultant, and he emphasized the importance of

understanding transitions as a key for organizations to succeed and making changes. He says

transition is the psychological process of adapting to change.

But his latest book, or his last book, I should say, was completely personal.

It was after the death of his wife.

And the book is called The Way of Transition.

His original one was called Transition.

But this latest one was The Way of transition embracing life's most difficult moments.
