I wanted to do this video about skin health. You can make your own facial mask. Many people are using roasted coffee grounds to make a facial mask. And it works. But I’ve found something even better — green coffee powder, made from unroasted coffee beans.

You can buy green coffee powder at a health food store, online, or grind your own green (unroasted) beans if you have a strong grinder. Mix one tablespoon green coffee powder with one tablespoon water. Apply it to your face and let dry for 15 minutes, then wash it off.

The number of phytochemicals you’ll put on your face will give you a healthy glow. 

If your skin is extra dry, substitute one tablespoon olive oil for the water. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then wipe it off.

Try this at-home skin care and give your skin health a boost!

So recently I found something even better

Now you can buy this at the health store, okay, or online, and it's basically just

Or you can buy some coffee beans that are not roasted and grind them yourself, in which case you need

Take a teaspoon of it, mix it with a teaspoon of water, and apply it to your face for about 15 minutes
