because the selection has been over but it's also been getting on my nerves I get a

chance to talk about college football with none other than Dan

Woken from the USA Today I'm so excited to talk to him about my gamecocks of course

talk to him about why Ohio State doesn't belong in the college football playoff, Dan actually thinks they belong,

me and Dabbo Sweeney.

Don't ask me how we end up agreeing on anything, but that's where we are.

And along that same note, I wanted to do my introduction today about the college football playoffs in specifically Ohio State.

Now we're approaching championship weekend in college football where Power Five conferences are crowning their champions.

And because of COVID, we've got a special circumstance

involving the Big Ten powerhouse, namely

that they've only played five games, one, two, three, four, five,

and have no signature victories,

and they played roughly half the games of other teams

like Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame Dame in Texas A&M.

So you could imagine a world where a six-win

Florida State team gets into the college football

playoffs and has to play against teams that

have had far more games and wear and tear.

And while I always have to check myself, maybe more than once, when I agree with Dabo Sweeney,

he's right here.

Even if Ohio State wins the Big Ten Championship,
