judgment of decisions that were made. We start with reports that President Biden has directed the US military to build

a temporary port in Gaza to help boost the delivery of humanitarian aid.

The United Nations has been warning that a quarter of Gaza's population, more than

half a million people, are threatened by famine after months of Israeli military operations

against Hamas.

The official announcement is expected to come in President Biden's State of the Union

address when the President outlines a list of policy priorities in front of members of Congress. We'll update you in a later

podcast on his speech.
