Venezuela, one of the richest countries in the Western Hemisphere, and then man named Chavez, a man named Maduro,

and now one of the poorest countries in the planet. No food security, no medical security,

no education to speak of. Seven to nine million people have fled, many to major cities in the

United States, but other parts of the continent as well. And what is to be done? There was an election in

2024.

All international commentators, to my knowledge, acknowledged a man named Gonzalez won the

election, but it was stolen by a man named Maduro, who is the illegitimate guide to the army

and other intelligence operations in Caracas.

Right now, there is an opposition.

Maria Carina Machado is the leader of the opposition.

She was forbidden to run for president, so she chose Mr. Gonzalez in her stead.

She has received the Nobel Peace Prize for her leadership many years in opposing the Chavez and Maduro regime.
