Now we go to two capitals that look to be emerging as

dealing with the Trump administration as it is, not as they want it to be. For example,

name her a Trump whisperer because there's no conflict and the USMCA is being renegotiated.

Mexico is leaning toward the idea of controlling the cartels as it did not do for the years of AMLO.

And then there's Brazil and a conversion might be underway.

Because here to four, he's been associated with the bad actors in Caracas and Bogota.
