The message came in a leaked letter which has been verified by the BBC, signed by the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinkin and the American Secretary of Defense,

Lloyd Austin.

It's the strongest known written warning to Israel from its biggest ally.

In fact, it has fallen by over 50% from where it was at its peak.
