in July of 1975, rumors about what could have happened to him immediately surfaced.

Hoffa legends abound, including one that describes his body being dumped in a Florida

swamp and another that has him interred in a Vegas strip club.

In 1989, this interesting story ran in the Detroit free press after

Donald Tony the Greek francos came clean that's in quotes on Hoffa's disappearance and alleged murder.

A convicted underworld hit man's claim that former Teamsters boss Jimmy Hoffa's remains are buried

in New Jersey's giant stadium was blitched Wednesday by Hoffa's daughter and law enforcement officials.

Charles Chuckie O'Brien, who was reared by Hoffa, branded as ludicrous allegations by Tony

the Greek Franco's in November Playboy magazine interview that O'Brien lured

Hoffa to his death. I don't know this guy but if he's a federal witness he'd fall

on his mother to get out of prison, O'Brien 56 said

Wednesday. Hoppa's daughter Barbara Krancer called Franco's the scum of the

earth and said his story is full of holes.

What's really hard to believe is that he's in the federal witness protection program

being protected by the government by taxpayers, she said.

The Franco scenario is the latest in a long line of claims about the Hoffa disappearance.
