Yeah, so there's a lot to cover, but before we get into it,

I was wondering, you know, this just happened as we were recording this morning, The oldest sister or I guess Evo Morales' only sister,

his older sister, Esther Morales passed away from COVID-19 and I was wondering if you could maybe talk about her.

I know that you've posted some information about how she was targeted just for being

EvoS sister during the coup and what she meant to not just

Evo Morales, but indigenous Bolivians in general.

Yeah, I mean, the news came in quite early this morning, they had passed away due to complications after getting COVID-19, she really had existing health problems.

And like so many Bolivians, all across in every region of the country,

I had to go into a health system that had been allowed to be collapsed,

that's been starved, as part of the general COVID-19 strategy based around protecting the interests of private clinics,

this is seen I think most in the fact that the legislature in which the mass has a

majority because selected therefore the mass is the largest party they pass the

law but would require private clinics to receive COVID-19 patients and treat them free of charge.

In fact, the state would pay, you know, for cost price of treating these COVID-19 patients, but you know the private clinics

wouldn't actually be profiting from it and even though the costs were covered and
