talking. And, you know, right now we're in the middle of Mercury, Mother Love and Retrograde.

We've got the holiday season coming up. Everyone is busy. The world is on fire. There's so

much going on. We're pulled in different directions in this side and that side. And we just thought

it'd be nice to have a little bit of time in your

week to just remember how beautiful the world is and how kind of people are and how the ripple

effect we can instigate in our own lives when we just choose kindness. How powerful that really can be.

Right. And I think this is intrinsic to all people,

because there's been studies done on the purest form of kindness. There might not be an audience.

It might not give you any credit. It's not about trying to get thanks or accolades or likes or being in a way self-serving.

There's actual science that supports you. You'll physically, mentally, and spiritually feel better

when you're kind to someone else.

And that is so true, isn't it?

It really is. And this goes back to what, ESOP, the Greek storyteller, no act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

And I think sometimes we think it has to be this big, grandiose effort, or I need to build a wing, or I need to do this.

But I think what we're going to talk about today in some of these stories are just people
