Summary

"When I don't meditate -- I feel it, and my whole day feels off." ~ Fellow Meditator, Louis from Toronto, Canada

If there's one thing you could change about yourself that would improve your life, it is the quality of your thoughts. Moods often get in the way of our most beautiful thoughts. Taming your moods helps you to focus on internal contentment regardless of what's happening in the external world.   This is part 5 of a 7-part Taming Bad Moods meditation series, episodes 2187-2193.   THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: You're invited to take part in a Positivity Quest. Every day this week, focus on feeling an inner awareness of contentment, regardless of what's happening in the external world. This Quest will help to retrain your brain to focus on uplifting thoughts.   THIS WEEK'S MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:   Day 1:   Mood Awareness Visualization Day 2:  Affirmation "I uplift my thoughts in all situations." Day 3:  Inhale 6, Hold 7, Exhale 8 Day 4:  Shankh Mudra technique Day 5:  Seventh Chakra Focus Day 6:  Layer the week's techniques together Day 7:  Weekly Reflection Meditation   LET'S SUPPORT EACH OTHER - WANT TO SHARE YOUR MEDITATION  RITUAL WITH YOUR FELLOW MEDITATORS?    Let's connect and inspire each other!
