Hello. Hello and welcome to what is it episode four?

0:05.0

Episode four, yes it is indeed. Awesome, so we have Jonathan back from Stagdo. Have you survived?

0:12.0

I've survived, I've still got a little bit of sleep deprivation I think despite being Friday but I got out on the other end safe so I'm very happy of that. Yeah, I am as well.

0:24.1

Right, should we get straight into it?

0:26.3

Let's do it.

0:27.1

1:11.5

over the week, we don't necessarily care if you eat a bit more one day and a bit less the other

1:16.3

day as long as you're eating that out and figure out what works most for you. What I will say

1:22.3

is that people sometimes think that, oh, if I've been up on night, I must have burnt a lot more

1:26.3

calories. Like, you probably haven't at all. Yeah. So there's that. But I did want to touch on this further,

1:34.6

because we often get questions about shift work. And I know that we actually have quite a lot
