We had talked to one Bert show listener that was thinking about like not even going out on a first

date because here you are, you got the holidays right around the corner and she was

thinking if I go out on a first date this could be like a lot and I don't have

money for gifts I don't even know if I want to get into a relationship that can

accelerate that quickly.

I do so she's supposed to go out this week on a first day with a guy that she's been

interested in for quite some time now but the problem for her is the holidays Christmas being just around the corner.

She feels like if this first date goes well, then by the time Christmas comes, they'll have

been together for several weeks and it'll be awkward because in that stage of a relationship

what do you do do you bring gifts up do you exchange gifts do you kind of treat it like
