All right into it.

0:01.0

So we're going to hop right into it.

0:05.0

I'm going to let Coach Roy lead us off today on our topic as he brought up the idea and I think you guys are going to be really

0:15.0

interested in hearing the countdown that we have for you today.

0:18.9

Yeah, sure thing.

0:19.6

I was inspired by just scrolling through Let's Run, fun website to check out. They always have the

0:25.7

latest running news and there's some really cool race performances or time trials, whatever

0:30.7

you want to call them during this time. Anyway it got me to thinking let's do a

1:16.8

and then we'll go up and end with the hardest distance to race.

1:20.6

But I thought we would start off by mentioning our favorite distance to race of the

1:25.8

distances from 800 to marathon. So you want to kick us off before we get into it?

1:30.0

Absolutely. So my favorite distance to race is going to be the 15k on the road. That's 9.3 miles.

1:37.1

I find that it's a really good, at least I found that's a really good medium for me in that kind of round like threshold type of effort.

1:44.8

It's not so long that it's a marathon, you know, but it's not really short track races as well.
