Hi this is Coach Jean Belles with runners connect and you are listening to a

Today I'm going to be talking to you about ten things that I can't live without.

First thing is my aeropress. It's a device that allows me to make coffee really easily.

Basically just pour the grounds in, add hot water, push it through, good to go.

I have this, at least one cup before every single run.

So item one, aeropress. Second thing on my list is a combination of supplements that I take pretty much every day.

One on your right, my left is the Nordic Naturals,-3 fatty acids good for brain health.

On my right is going to be Thorn, iron, take iron and the combination of these

omega-3s after every single run in the morning as a way of just

maintaining good iron levels in my blood, having good energy, living at altitude, definitely have to take something, especially if you are tending to be, to kind of run the risk there and again living at altitude and not being a huge meat eater.

And the omega-3s, again, just supporting brain health,

in which my normal diet does not cover.

Every single day as of right now, so at the moment I've got a Morton's Nureoma,
