You have to scratch your head and wonder why.

I'm gonna reveal the secret as to why all of these small, not all, but a lot of these small obscure

countries own so many treasuries. Some countries you might not have even heard of

such as the fourth largest holder of US treasuries is drum

roll please Luxembourg but you didn't have that one on your bingo card. So let's go into this bizarre, this bizarre outcome

and determine what it means for the Treasury market and what it means for the United States

debt.
