Hi. And welcome to the Kundabalu Brothers podcast, a podcast where two brothers talk to each other and occasionally acknowledge the audience. So that's what we do. How are you doing? I'm not doing. I'm all right. But you were going to say I'm not doing, and then you change me. I'm bummed out. I'm less bummed out than I was this week, but I'm still having a low-level depression this week. What happened this week? Is something in particular? I was having- I was gone this week? Was it related to that? Yeah. Yeah, cosmically. Um, yeah, I don't know. I've been having a lot of low-level anxiety all January, which was fine. And then I stopped being able to eat more than a meal a day, which I'm not exactly sure what it was.

Why do you think it's related? What do you see is... I'm just always, I'm always having heart palpitations and the massive amounts of nicotine just suppress the appetite. It's probably, that's related, but it's not the whole thing. And then the anxiety was gone and it got replaced with like standard, like low level depression, wake up, why, another another day i don't care about the things that i have to do today i don't want to be trapped as this person for the

rest of my life and then like you get up and as you move around or you have to pee it's like whatever you know

put that aside but then you know the first day or two is almost fun because it was better than the anxiety and it was like I was more comfortable in that being bummed out. And then it just didn't go away. And it kept dragging on. And it's starting a lift. And then it made me think about how Sunday, Sunday's technically the first day of the week, right?

2:18.1

Is that right? Well, some people think Monday is the first day of the week. It is. It should be. Yeah. We should, like, admit that that's what we do. Right, right. Monday to Friday, work, and that's the way it is. But on the calendars, it's Sunday. Why is that? Is it because it's like the day of rest is like a Christian thing or something? Christian or Roman things.

Some, some, one of your fans would know.

2:36.6
