This is the History of the World Podcast Unscripted. The Oh, Oh no so not only is he two days late but he's also not even published a proper

episode after promising this one last week.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chris here from the History of the World Podcast.

Yes indeed a couple of days late and of course with no proper episode which I thought

I was going to publish one this week but unfortunately well there's a few excuses really, I've had a lot going on and also I do work in the travel industry, so obviously things are changing radically at the moment with the

lifting of restrictions following a lot of restrictions after the COVID crisis of the

last year and it's sort of had an impact on my life a bit

really so time has not really been my own and also I've really discovered like in relation to the remaining episodes of volume 3

That I did want to just sort of take a step back for a week or two.

Now, what I mean by that, let me just explain

what the rest of volume three is going to be looking at night so we've only got about

five episodes left and I think we're probably there's probably going to be two summary

episodes as is natural for us to do at the end of a

section or a volume but and also we've still got to wrap up a lot of stuff to do with

the Americas so I want to talk about the the first Mayans so the

classical world Mayans I want to also talk about the settlement of Toyota Waccan, but then also last week I did promise that this

week's episode was going to be on the Zappa Techs. Now as I was going through my library I realized that I wasn't

completely satisfied with the amount of material that I had relating to these subjects so as it happens I've ordered one or two

extra books which hopefully will aid me in in the presentation of these

episodes certainly the episode on the Zapper Texas in the presentation of these episodes

uh... certainly the episode on the zapper text is going to be a good
