in the wake of the Mueller report, with Trump proclaiming that they are fighting, quote,

all the subpoenas the White House has suggested

that it may try to invoke executive privilege to block the testimony of

former White House Council, Don McGann.

Attorney General Bill Barr claims he may refuse to testify if the House Judiciary Committee uses a lawyer to ask questions. Can the Trump administration really
