2015, 2016, we kicked off this show, so it's been going for a hot second and we're still kicking I love

this I love this podcast because one what an evolution over the last almost 10 years? You know it's like seven or eight years we've been doing this and it's like when I first got started so much of it was me unpacking what I was experiencing and what I was going through and chasing big

goals for the first time and trying to figure out why I was afraid to call myself an athlete or a runner,

1:46.0

asset it is and why I am the only me and sure there are tons of really great fabulous coaches out there but no one does what I do because I'm the only me if that makes sense

1:57.2

But I don't know I'm just feeling a little introspective and it's just so wild that it's so wild that so much of this transition and this

listen to me, start to get curious about things that I thought to be true and learn were so not and understanding how all the different puzzle pieces
