| 0:59.7 | This is the recommendation from the World Health Organization, as well as the CDC in the United States, |

| 1:14.5 | or 75 to 150 minutes of vigorous level activity, physical activity. |
| 1:23.8 | And this is primarily cardio movement. |
| 1:27.0 | So this is not talking about strength training or balance training or flexibility exercises. |
| 1:36.7 | It's primarily focused on cardio-based exercise like what you and I are doing right now, walking. |
| 1:43.8 | Moderate level physical activity essentially is a brisk walk, three to four miles an hour. |
| 1:51.2 | Vigorous level is running. |
| 1:55.5 | So if you're running at five miles an hour or faster, that's considered vigorous level. |

| 2:07.3 | This is walking as fitness. |

| 2:15.5 | And the research, which was actually pretty massive, I think it was 116,000 participants |
