With just a Samuel Alito's draconian draft opinion actually succeeds in overturning Roe

versus Wade, millions of Americans will feel its devastating impact almost immediately.

According to the New York Times, about half of all US states are likely to ban or sharply

limit abortion, moments after the ruling takes effect.

These called trigger laws are part of a decade's long conservative plot to abolish reproductive

freedom in this country.

So it's so important to remember that the decision would not immediately outlaw abortion

everywhere, but what it does is it leaves it up to the states and which state you live

in will make a really big difference in what this decision means for you.

So right now, an NBC News analysis shows that 23 states would ban abortion after Roe

is overturned.

The initial 98 page ruling leaves little room for no one's.

We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled just to Samuel Alito wrote of the nearly 50

year old ruling and its follow up.

It could also upend the broader landscape of individual rights, potentially leading to

changes in the national rules around contraception, marriage and private sexual activity.

Graph the opinion from Justice Alito is a frontal assault not only on reproductive rights,

but on the legal basis for a whole range of legal cases, particularly landmark LGBTQ

cases, Lawrence versus Texas, or Bergerfeld versus Hodges.

If the Supreme Court, if the government can determine whether you can have an abortion,
