The theme for this week is self-awareness and reflection. And your featured technique for today is the fifth chakra

0:28.2

or your throat chakra that reveals your inner truth. So as you reflect and become more self-aware, you tune into your inner truth. So I'll be

0:43.8

guiding you in an inner truth meditation today with your fifth chakra. Now if you're familiar

0:51.5

with chakras, I know many of you let me know that chakra meditations

2:32.4

Some people consider there to be more than seven or fewer than seven,

2:37.6

but most people agree there are seven chakras associated with the most common emotional state

2:45.3

you experience. Love, compassion, gratitude, fear, feeling grounded, feeling connected, feeling aware.
