Chad, today's word is opportunity.

Oh, it's a good word, Bob. You always seem to come up with great words. I'm just going to start referring to you as Webster. All right. So in this conversation that we're going to have with Ben Kinney, he's going to share with us the story of his first investment in real estate, which is actually a lot more than just an investment. It was his first home in real estate.

So we're going to hear a little bit more about that.

Bob, as we jump into it, hearing from Ben, what should everybody really be listening to throughout?

I think in this discussion with him, the thing that I would have you pay attention to is

there wasn't necessarily an obvious opportunity, right?

He went a little bit extra and found the opportunity.

Okay, so pay attention to how he finds that opportunity.

I think it's a good lesson for all of us to not just be limited by what appear to be the options.

So you spent the last couple of years really diving into wealth building, investing, just what to do with your money.

And you've studied it. So what kind of investment? What kind of investments do you make?

I invest in a lot of things today, whether it's businesses, real estate, financial instruments,

just putting cash on the side, valuable things.

Where would you go first? Where did you go first?

My first investment? My first investment was actually in real estate.
