And I think sometimes we just need to go through the process of simplification.

We in a fallen world get far too comfortable with a complicated life.

I'm a mess today.

I don't understand.

It's on me.

I think a lot of us don't realize how abundantly blessed we are because we never leave our bubble.

One of the fun parts of quote-unquote growing up is the safety of realizing you don't know,

but you walk with the one who does.

And it's like the closer I get to him, the more I realize I'm not him, and the more I realize I know nothing in comparison than that.

And I just want to be more aware.

Lord, you did this.

You can already tell my best friend on the planet is with us today.

We're going to have some great fun pulling up a chair at this table.

We're always, and I pray we never take it for granted, we're always excited and delighted

to get to pull up a seat at the table of your life, even if it's just for a brief window of time.

And every time we do so, we pray that the Spirit of God would be so present in the conversation

that you would go away only fixated on everything you heard him say and on him.
