We often hear about frequencies, but what do they really mean? Whether you’re looking for love, joy, wealth, or power, understanding the frequency of these desires is crucial. The key concept here is that the world isn’t as it is; it is as you are. Your perception of love, for instance, depends on your own frequency and perspective.

Imagine love as a line on a paper. If you’re below it, you see love from that angle; if you’re above it, you see it differently. The love itself doesn’t change, but your view of it does, based on your frequency. This is why controlling your own energy is so vital. Gratitude can be a powerful tool in this process.

Gratitude isn’t just about listing what you’re thankful for. It’s about truly connecting with those feelings and pulling that energy into yourself. Picture a scenario where you’ve overcome many challenges to achieve success. Remembering those moments and feeling the gratitude can shift your perspective.

When you focus on moments of gratitude, you start seeing more good in the world. The good was always there, but now your perception allows you to see it. If you want more love in your life, practice gratitude for love, and your perception will shift to recognize it more readily.

If you frequently encounter negative situations or people, it’s likely because your internal frequency attracts them. Changing your perspective through gratitude can alter how you receive and respond to these situations. This doesn’t mean challenges disappear, but it gives you a clearer path to navigate them.

Facing this new path can be daunting. It might mean losing friends or opportunities, but sticking to your new frequency will keep you aligned with your true desires. Whatever you seek—love, money, adventure—it’s already around you. You just need to change your perception to see it.

Blaming others for our situations gives away our power. Instead, focus on how you perceive things and take back control. The path you need is always in front of you. You just have to align with it to see it.
