Visualizing and controlling your thoughts is crucial. Your uncontrolled thoughts aren't yours; you observe and act based on them. So, align your thoughts with who you want to be. If you want to be the best, you must say, think, and believe it. Speak with your highest authority, and don't worry about competition or others' opinions.
Saying and believing positive affirmations aligns you with that frequency. If you say you're great but don't act accordingly, you become the phony you dislike. Genuine belief and action in alignment with your words make you authentic.
Think about sports icons like Michael Jordan. He didn't win every game, but his mindset and actions made him the greatest. You don't have to be the best every moment, but you can operate with the energy and spirit of the greatest in your situation. Your energy and actions define you.
In difficult times, be the greatest. You don't have to be the richest or happiest; just act as the greatest would in your situation. How would the best version of you overcome challenges? This mindset attracts better circumstances.
When you're tested, your true state of being is revealed. Don't focus on what's wrong; focus on how you can rise. If you resonate with lack or negativity, that's what you'll attract. Change your thoughts and beliefs to change your reality.
Energy matters. When you enter a room, your energy impacts others. Be the positive force that lifts everyone up. Say and believe affirmations like "I am the greatest" or "I am the strongest." Visualize yourself as that version achieving success.
Everything is happening for you. Your mindset and the frequency you set your mind on matter. Repeat positive affirmations and imprint them in your brain. We're meant to level up and become something greater. Let's rise and be the tide that lifts all ships.
