Summary

Emotional tension often manifests as tightness in the chest and shoulders. This meditation uses a gentle breathing technique to release this tension, creating physical and energetic space around the heart. Inspired by Bhakti Yoga, this practice allows us to open ourselves to deeper experiences of love, joy, and connection.

THIS WEEK'S SERIES

This meditation series invites you to explore Bhakti Yoga, a path of profound emotional release and spiritual transcendence. Bhakti is about expressing the deepest longings of the heart, connecting with the divine through love, devotion, and surrender. We'll use meditation, mantra, and visualization to open the heart chakra and experience the transformative power of divine love. This is a journey of emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and the ecstatic union with the divine.
