Everyone has an equal amount of light and equal amount of darkness.

What determines how dark people act or how light they act and what they do is more a function of how much they recognize that

darkness exists and how much they either accept or reject it altogether.

And the key common denominator of narcissism is a very simple thing to see. It's an

inability to apologize. So that's kind of the thing I would say is this whole

thing is about finding the journey of the self in a simulation of our own creation
