In episode sixty-three of The Running Effect, I have the privilege of speaking to my friend Julz Williams. Julz just completed her first year at the University of Kentucky where she runs competitively.
In this episode, we dive-deep into her story from her start in running to what it's like to run at the NCAA DI level. We also go through starting a YouTube channel where over the past few years she has gotten almost 300,000 views! And most importantly, answer some of your listener questions.
You can hear Julz's joy and enthusiasm for life in this episode. She gives a lot of great insight into many subjects. I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I did!
If you want to help us out please like, subscribe, and share. You can also give us a five-star review on Spotify!
