0:21.9	This week, 15,000 Haitian immigrants are set to lose their temporary protected status in Springfield,
0:29.3	which is a small town of just 60,000 people, so local residents are preparing for an ice surge.
0:37.1	Haiti is way too dangerous for Haitian immigrants and their
0:40.3	families to return to, and thousands of children are at risk of being separated from their
0:45.9	families. So we stood up for Springfield, Ohio, when J.D. Vance and Donald Trump lied about the
0:51.9	Haitian community who live and work there legally during the
0:55.3	2024 campaign. So hell yeah, we're doing it again now. Last night, we heard from local
1:01.1	residents and legal experts, and we helped raise funds for local groups providing direct
1:06.6	support to Haitian families in Springfield. This constant targeting of communities across the country is just like, this is really,
1:15.5	really frustrating for me, really emotional for me.
1:19.2	I have all of these conflicting feelings, like literally every day, y'all.
1:23.5	And I think that I feel like angry and frustrated on one side, but then I wake up and I come to work every day and I feel really grateful to work for red wine and blue because I know that the work that we're doing is important.
1:37.7	And I feel grateful that we continue to find ways to show up for communities that are experiencing this level of,
1:46.4	you know, targeting and hate. And I know that we did this when Springfield was experiencing
1:52.1	the hate from J.D. Vance before. And I just, I feel grateful, but I'm also really, really
